Step 2: Update Your CV for Armed Response Roles

Your CV must highlight:

  • 3+ years security experience
  • Patrol / response experience
  • Tactical or estate experience
  • Firearm competency
  • Driver’s licence
  • Your fitness level
  • Communication skills
  • Previous companies
  • References with contact numbers

A poorly written CV is one of the biggest reasons candidates aren’t shortlisted.


Step 3: Write a Short Motivational Email or Cover Letter

Keep it simple:

  • Introduce yourself
  • Mention your experience
  • Confirm you meet all requirements
  • State your availability
  • Highlight why you’re the best fit

Visit the Fidelity careers platform and search for:
